Ireland and Germany have different visa requirements for non-EU citizens. Even if you have a permanent German Aufenthaltserlaubnis, you will need to apply for a seperate work visa for Ireland. For some occupations these are easy to get, but if you do not have a skill that is needed here it is unlikely you will get a visa. You can apply directly to companies and see if they will sponsor you for a work visa.
