I would research this company if you have doubts

Ireland has one of the highest unemployment rates today. They are experiencing massive layoffs. The website you mention is not reliable. The job offer is not legitimate.

try going to monster.com and post your resume. Hopefully the right person'll find it, or you could go from shop to shop this weekend or the next and just talk to all the managers and see whats up and such.

Ireland and Germany have different visa requirements for non-EU citizens. Even if you have a permanent German Aufenthaltserlaubnis, you will need to apply for a seperate work visa for Ireland. For some occupations these are easy to get, but if you do not have a skill that is needed here it is unlikely you will get a visa. You can apply directly to companies and see if they will sponsor you for a work visa. Look at these websites for more information. http://www.entemp.ie/sitemap/internationalworkers.htm http://www.dfa.ie/home/index.aspx?id=8778 http://www.citizensinformation.ie/categories/employment/migrant-workers/employment-permits/work_permits
