Limewire works for people I know are you sure its not just your computer? Or you could always go for the legal itunes that works for me

SIM card is not what makes the difference if you can use your wireless phone abroad. You need to see if your carrier and their phones can use the GSM network which is what most international countries run off of, where in the US most carriers use CDMA network. Some carriers here in the US have phones that work off of both networks. Call your wireless company to find out.

ya that guy is right u have to find out wat gsm network the phone runs on in the us it is 850 and in europe i think its 900 so make sure the phone has those two and i think ull b fine

im trying to get my nursing registration for australia,

You must have a visa to work in Australia and the medical is part of the visa application process. The medical must be done by a 'Panel doctor' and you must get your visa and enter Australia within 12 months of the date it was done. Because medicals are expensive and time consuming and because visas can take so long to be processed, it isn't a good idea to have the medical before being told to do so by your Case Officer.
