Hello, I have wanted to get a capture card for a long time but I was wondering do they all work in Ireland or what ones do ? Also can you buy them in the shops or just online ? Thanks.

For use in Ireland any card should work as long as it's able to interpret PAL60 input (if that is the television encoding system you will be using to view your videos). I added a list of cards and Internet retailers that sell the cards for both PAL and NTSC.
